Appraisals: First we will schedule a free in home consultation and evaluate all items for the sale. Our staff prices your items and does more extensive research of your more unique and valuable pieces to insure the proper value. Value is determined from our past sales, internet comps, auction results and condition.
Marketing: We pick a date that’s not past your deadline and take professional pictures so we can begin our on line advertising campaign with our I.T. specialist. To insure a successful turnout we promote the sale through our extensive mailing lists, social media and internet sites, signs are used to attract local buyers.
Staging: We will stage your home. Our staging consultant has prior Real Estate staging experience as well as experience in home design. The team of creative and passionate staging experts will insure that your items look their best and are presented in a way to bring the best returns. If needed we will bring in additional tables, jewelry showcases, clothing, security guards and parking attendants.
Accounting: You will be provided with a spreadsheet within 48 hours after the sale and paid on all cash transactions within 3 days, credit card transactions usually take between 7-10 days.
Clean up: We can provide a clean out service, maid service and carpet cleaning if needed. If a item does not sell at your sale we can take it on consignment, items not worth taking we can arrange for donation so you can get a tax write-off. Call us today and let us show you what we can do.
